鐵制排煙罩僅為一矩形鐵制罩子，上開(kāi)一孔接排煙管，罩在灶臺(tái)的上方。利用熱空氣上升的原理使油煙自然抽出室外。該種排煙罩工藝簡(jiǎn)單，成本低廉，但排煙效果較差，只適用于煙霧不大的小型飲食場(chǎng)所。目前沒(méi)有定型產(chǎn)品，而是根據(jù)灶具的大小現(xiàn)場(chǎng)制作。以下幾點(diǎn)要求：
The iron smoke exhaust hood is only a rectangular iron hood, with a hole on top to connect to the smoke exhaust pipe, and is covered above the stove. By utilizing the principle of hot air rising, the oil fumes are naturally drawn out of the room. This type of smoke exhaust hood has a simple process and low cost, but its smoke exhaust effect is poor, and it is only suitable for small dining places with low smoke. Currently, there are no finalized products, but they are made on-site based on the size of the stove. The following requirements:
（1）油煙吸收率應(yīng)大于95%，采用同誑導(dǎo)流圍護(hù)裝置。
(1) The absorption rate of oil fume should be greater than 95%, and the same diversion enclosure device should be used.
（2）圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)配有鉸接式檢查門,以便于衛(wèi)生清潔及觀察。
(2) The enclosure structure should be equipped with hinged inspection doors for easy hygiene, cleaning, and observation.
（3）設(shè)備全部由不銹鋼制成，所有聯(lián)結(jié)處為防水、防蒸汽、防油煙。
(3) All equipment is made of stainless steel, and all connections are waterproof, steam proof, and oil smoke proof.
（4）風(fēng)罩嵌入吊頂內(nèi)，兩者之間設(shè)有不銹鋼裝飾板，用厚度1.2mm的不銹鋼板制造，易拆卸，嵌入深度≥100mm。
(4) The wind hood is embedded in the suspended ceiling, and there is a stainless steel decorative plate between the two. It is made of 1.2mm thick stainless steel plate, easy to disassemble, and the embedding depth is ≥ 100mm.
（5）全部罩體用厚度大于1.0mm的不銹鋼板制造。

（6）通風(fēng)管用1.0鍍鋅板制成，設(shè)有不銹鋼鐵風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)閥。
(6) The ventilation pipe is made of 1.0 galvanized sheet and is equipped with a stainless steel iron air volume regulating valve.
（7）照明設(shè)備是防濺，防水、內(nèi)凹型的，分布于每1000mm距離，并應(yīng)將所有電線套于導(dǎo)管中，用接駁箱連接。照度裝置大于等于600lux，采用節(jié)能芝光管燈,統(tǒng)一的電力接口。
(7) The lighting equipment is splash proof, waterproof, and concave in shape, distributed every 1000mm distance, and all wires should be sheathed in conduits and connected using a junction box. The illumination device is greater than or equal to 600lux, using energy-saving light tube lamps and a unified power interface.
（8）風(fēng)罩豎板帶有一體環(huán)繞的自排裝置，排放槽易于清洗油煙、蒸汽，排放管為不銹鋼制，并聯(lián)至風(fēng)罩的全自動(dòng)自清潔裝置。
(8) The vertical plate of the wind hood is equipped with an integrated self cleaning device, which is easy to clean oil fumes and steam in the discharge groove. The discharge pipe is made of stainless steel and connected in parallel to the fully automatic self cleaning device of the wind hood.
