  通風管防火包裹具有不燃、質輕、強度高等特點,防火包裹適用于電力電纜的防火保護,也適用于制作耐火風管、防火吊頂、鋼結構防火包覆。中央空調系統中,如果通風管是不耐火的材料,容易燃燒或者遇高溫變形,在明火的環境下很有可能會發生火災,所以通風管有必要做防火包裹。

  通風管做防火包裹時,如果采用外包包覆,防火板厚度在8-10mm之間,耐火1小時的防火板為8mm,耐火2小時的防火板為10mm。如果采用風管+巖棉+防火板,需要8-9mm的耐火風管板材進行包覆處理,中間再填充尤特森巖棉,這樣通風管的耐火性能可以提升至1-3小時。
