1. 風管吊裝前應堅持各支架安裝位置、標高是否正確、牢固，應清除內、外雜物，并做好清潔和保護工作。

根據消防施工方案確定的吊裝方法（整體吊裝或分節吊裝，一般情況下風管的安裝多采用現場地面組裝，再分段吊裝的方法）,按照先干管后支管的安裝程序進行吊裝。

吊裝可用滑輪、麻繩起吊，滑輪一般掛在梁、柱的節點上，或掛在屋架上。

2. 據現場具體情況，掛好滑輪，穿上麻繩，風管綁扎牢固后即可開始起吊。

當風管起吊距離地面200~300mm時，應當停止起吊，并檢查滑輪的受力點和所綁扎的麻繩、繩扣是否牢固，風管的是否正確。當檢查沒有問題后，方可繼續起吊至安裝高度，并把風管放在支、吊架上，再加以穩固后方可解開繩扣。

3. 當水平管段吊裝就位后，應用托架的襯墊、吊架的吊桿螺栓找平，然后用拉線、水平尺和吊線的方法來哦檢查風管是否滿足水平和垂直的要求，符合要求后即可固定牢固，然后進行分支管或立管的安裝。
