靜電式油煙凈化器利用陰極在高壓電場中釋放的電子和電子與空氣分子碰撞產(chǎn)生的負(fù)離子捕獲油煙粒子，使油煙粒子帶電。利用電場的作用，將帶電的油煙顆粒吸附在陽極上，達(dá)到去除油煙的目的。

濕式主要是采用噴水(水幕)方式過濾煙氣中的油霧，稱為濕式。該方法對(duì)大油霧顆粒去除率高，對(duì)小顆粒去除率低。由于油煙霧滴的疏水性，需要在該裝置的洗滌水中添加各種表面活性劑和乳化劑，以提高油水的混合性能。它能去除水中溶解的一些有害氣體和氣味，同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)火災(zāi)煙氣和油煙的處理。
Wet type mainly uses water spraying (water curtain) to filter oil mist in flue gas, which is called wet type. The method has high removal rate of large oil mist particles and low removal rate of small particles. Because of the hydrophobicity of oil smoke droplets, various surfactants and emulsifiers need to be added to the washing water of the device to improve the mixing performance of oil and water. It can remove some harmful gases and odors dissolved in water, and realize the treatment of fire smoke and lampblack at the same time.
