雙層不銹鋼煙囪整體結構采用分段式組合,可靈活組成任意走向，煙囪每段基本由內筒、外筒、環板、支撐、隔熱材料等裝配成單節部件，不銹鋼煙囪每節之間的聯接采用特殊材料密封,并由環形抱箍精密組合，拐角、轉向處用曲管、三通等部件抱箍卡接處理,對溫差引起的位移用伸縮節及補償器進行完全補償，在鍋爐出口處或局部橫向煙道上裝有防爆門，煙囪的生產過程全部在自動化及專用設備上進行，能高質量地提供各種規格的煙囪部件。
