(1)風管組裝:當風管較短時，可一次在地面組裝而成，當風管較長時，可視安裝場地的情況，在地面分段組裝。組裝時應盡量調整風道的度和水平度，避免風管扭曲或上下起波，左右擺龍，每段風道不宜超過10m。

(2)風管就位:風管就位前應檢查全部支架的水乎度和標高、檢查支架的牢固程度，風管就位可采用直接和吊具兩種方法。對風管斷面較小，又位置較低的可采用人工就位方法，只需搭設簡易腳手架即可。

當風管斷面較大且管段較長時，可采用滑輪、倒鏈、大繩等方法吊裝。世紀星介紹為了便于風道就位，一般多采用將風道吊在腳手架上，然后再將其抬放在風道支架上的方法。腳手架應沿其風道長度方向搭設，高度和位置應適合施工操作，吊裝順序應先干管后支、立管，吊起時，吊點應牢固，兩吊點應均勻受力。
